     还经办了几起公司员工个人告其老板的案子，在此，也友情提醒公司负责人： 你若开办公司企业，请务必规规矩矩办并依规依法善待您的员工，不要有侥幸心理，不是人人都能被忽悠或蒙骗。此外，在产品货物买卖过程中，无论双方关系如何“好”，请一定要做正式合同（不要只有口头协议），并保留好所有的往来邮件、微信聊天记录，送货单，磅码单（细码单），发票等。如果做产品出口业务的话，还要保持好原始PO，销售确认书，形式发票，商业发票，装箱单，提单复印件，放行通知及所有与货代及外方客户的邮件往来，只有这样，在关键或纠纷时刻，才能真正切实维护好自己的利益！

Only in this way can you truly and effectively safeguard your interests in critical or dispute situations!
